Warranty

We offer a 6 personal month warranty on most cars and 3 month on older cars. There are no claim limits and no limits on the number of claims. We also provide a loan car free of charge while your car is being repaired.

In our formative years we used an insurance based warranty scheme which typically offered 1 to 2 year warranty's with our cars.

Feedback from our customers soon made us realise that very little was covered and that claims were limited to around £300.00; the car also had to be serviced inline with their specified service intervals.

The net result was frustration for us and our customers, which typically resulted in us bypassing the insurance company and resolving any issues ourselves.

The solution was for us to provide a personal warranty. You deal with us directly and we resolve your warranty issue promptly. We have been doing this for the past 15 years with great success.
