Warranty
We offer a personal 6 month warranty on most cars and 3 month on older cars. There are no claim limits and no limits on the number of claims. We also provide a loan car free of charge while your car is being repaired.
In our formative years we used an insurance based warranty scheme. Feedback from our customers soon made us realise that very little was covered and that claims were limited; the car also had to be serviced inline with their specified service intervals. The end result was frustration for us and our customers, which typically resulted in us bypassing the insurance company and resolving any issues ourselves.
The solution was for us to provide a personal warranty. You deal with us directly and we resolve your issue promptly. We have been doing this for the past 15 years with great success.
Our warranty typically covers mechanical breakdown for engine, axles and gearbox, plus engine ancillaries such as starter motor, alternator, power steering, ABS and electric motors. We do not cover items the are subject to normal wear and tear such as tyres, exhaust and brake pads. Any issues with wear and tear items would usually be picked up during the Service and MOT.
